Conditions of Use

This is a full unrestricted access to our central reservation system. You can use command line entries like on any CRS. All the availability, booking, pricing transactions you will process here are done in "real - mode" affecting the airlines, hotels, car companies, cruises, real inventory. Your compliance with ARC and industry wide ethical standards will be greatly appreciated. All reservations made on this site must be ticketed by Mill - Run Tours. All records will be cancelled if not ticketed by the ticketing time limit date appearing in the record. Our queues are monitored hourly and we reserve the right to cancel any agent's access and reservations without notice or liability to the agent or his/her passengers.

You also have access here to our database of private fares. The most complete anywhere in the US. You will find International Consolidator fares to Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, the Far East, Latin America, and every where else in between. These fares are quoted to you 'as is'. They do not include taxes, shipping charges, or any surcharges as mentioned in the fare rules. All net fares are completed with rules and are not applicable outside the scope of such rules.

All of your Air bookings will auto-price according to published fare, unless otherwise expressly stated by the system. Our agents will then advise you thru remarks in the PNR what the net fare is and whether a net fare is at all applicable.

To enter the site you must have a Mill-Run Account number and an IATAN/ARC Number. If you do not, please enter in all requested information on the following page. If you do not have an IATA number please enter in 99-99999-9, and include your email address. We will verify your information and contact you via email within 24 hours.

This agreement sets forth the terms under which we, Mill-Run Tours (hereafter known as Mill-Run), agrees to provide you with the services and accommodations for your escorted tour or independent vacation.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

Receipt of a deposit of $100 per person, and signed contract (electronic signature or hand-signed) is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, payment must be made by certified bank check or credit card. For bookings made within 21 days of departure, you will be charged the cost of sending documents by express mail.

PRICES

All prices are subject to increase up to the receipt of final payment due to any increase in our costs, such as, but not limited to: increases in air, land or sea fares, fuel costs, and currency fluctuations.

FINAL DOCUMENTS REVIEW

While Mill-Run takes the utmost care in making sure the information on your itinerary and travel vouchers (collectively, “Final Documents”) is complete and accurate, it is your responsibility to carefully read and review the final documents upon receipt. Failure to contact us in time to allow for correction and re-sending of the final documents could result in the loss or cancellation of your reservation, tickets or services listed on the documents for which Mill-Run will not be responsible. In such a case, no refunds will be possible.

UNUSED TOUR ELEMENTS

No refund will be given for any unused tour features, whether because of customer’s choice, operational reasons, bad weather or any other reason.

BAGGAGE

Each escorted and independent tour member is limited to one large suitcase and one small carry on due to limited baggage area on buses. For some airlines and taxi/coach transfers, extra luggage may be subject to an extra charge due on the spot.

FEES FOR CANCELED LAND SERVICES

If you cancel your complete land reservation, the cancellation charges shown below will apply.

Days Prior to Start of Services Cancellation Charges:

  • 61 days or more $150 per person
  • 60 to 31 days 25% of total travel services
  • 30 - 15 days 50% of total travel services
  • 14 - 3 days 75% of total travel services
  • 2 days or less 100% of total travel services


HOTEL OVERBOOKINGS ON INDEPENDENT TRAVEL

In very rare cases, and through no fault of Mill-Run, your reserved hotel may be overbooked upon your arrival. The overbooked hotel will offer you a similar or superior accommodation at no extra charge. If the alternate accommodation is not accepted by you, Mill-Run reserves the right to offer you a full refund of such accommodation without rebooking.

REFUNDS & COMPLAINTS

We work around-the-clock to insure your vacation goes smoothly and according to plan. But unexpected problems, often out of our control, can still arise. We urge you to work with us in correcting the problem on the spot instead of dealing with it after you return home.

GUESTS NEEDING SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers who need such assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion.

ESCORTED TOUR ITINERARY CHANGES

Mill-Run reserves the right to change the scheduled escorted tour itinerary or trip features at any time and for any reason, with or without notice and/or to substitute airlines, hotels or features of a similar category for those listed in this brochure. Mill-Run shall not be liable for any such changes.

ESCORTED TOUR CANCELLATIONS BY MILL-RUN


From time-to-time a tour departure may be cancelled for lack of participation or other operational reasons. In such a case, Mill-Run’s sole responsibility is to provide a complete refund of monies received without any other liability whatsoever including any additional costs or fees related to cancellation of airline tickets or other travel reservations not made by Mill-Run .

RESPONSIBILITY

Mill-Run is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, nor for any act or inaction of any other third party not under its control.

Without limitation Mill-Run is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control, including, without limitation, any willful or negligent act, failure to act, breach of contract of any third party, such as an airline, train, hotel, restaurant, or food supplier; bus, taxi, van, or local ground handler; local outfitter or guide, which is to, or does supply any goods or services for this trip.

Mill-Run is not responsible for any loss, injury, death, or inconvenience due to delay or changes in schedule or failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart safely; overbooking or downgrading of accommodations; insolvency or default of any third party; acts of government; bites or attacks by animals, insects or pests; sickness; the lack of appropriate medical care; evacuation to same, if necessary; weather; strikes; acts of God; acts of terrorism or the threat thereof; events of force majeure; war; quarantine; epidemics or the threat thereof; criminal activity; or any other cause beyond its control.

BINDING ARBITRATION

I agree that any dispute concerning, relating, or referring to these Terms and Conditions, this release, the catalog, or any other literature concerning my trip, or the trip itself shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration according to the then existing commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York. Such proceedings will be governed by substantive New York law. The arbitrator and not any federal, state, or local court or agency shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, conscionability, or formation of this contract, including but not limited to any claim that all or part of this contract is void or voidable. Upon payment of a deposit, tour participant indicates acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions and of the Arbitration Agreement.
